TLC Family Care Healthplan has received an "Excellent" accreditation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for both 2006 and 2007. TLC has 230 Associates based in Memphis and West Tennessee to serve our customers. TLC is pleased to have over 3,500 participating providers in its provider network, making one of the broadest provider networks in West Tennessee.

Medcall is a nurse triage service that takes calls not only for TLC members, but also for the patients of several large medical groups and a hospital.
