The staff at TLC is committed to arranging quality health care and exceptional services for you and your family.

TLC decides to pay for your care based only on your need for the care. TLC staff and your doctor do not get money or rewards to keep you from getting the care you need.

Money is not given to TLC staff to make them want to pay for less care. The level of care that you receive is very important to TLC.

Every year, TLC writes a Quality Improvement Program, which is about our goals for the care and service you get from TLC.

The review tells you how TLC met these goals.
