All TLC members have benefits. TLC manages all covered TennCare benefits for its members with the exception of dental, pharmacy and behavioral health benefits. Several changes are planned for TennCare benefits starting August 1, 2005 and continuing January 1, 2006. For updates on covered TennCare benefits go to TennCare's Website.
Some TLC members may have to pay a Co-payment (COPAY). The COPAY is that part of your medical bill that you pay every time you get medical services. How much you pay depends on your income. There is NOT a limit on how much you have to pay in COPAY each year. Your TLC ID card shows what your copay is. COPAY information for TennCare members is also listed on TennCare's Website.
