  TLC provides 24 / 7 / 365 coverage to our customers through our nurse triage center, MedCall. Medcall is a nurse triage service that takes calls not only for TLC members, but also for the patients of several large medical groups and a hospital.
  
  TLC operates Mid-South Health Solutions (MHS) , a medical management company that currently serves over 1,000 people in the Memphis area.
