New communication from TLC to providers with at least 30 days prior to implementation  will be posted on this web-site and communicated via the weekly e-mail broadcast done by TLC.  Communication with a shorter than 30 day timeframe will be communicated by multiple electronic and paper media, including transmittal, if necessary.
